제가 평소에 콜라를 많이 마신다고 ... 이것도 제 지도교수가 보내주신 글인데 ... 스테이크를 콜라에 담궈 놓으면 이틀안에 없어진다니 ... 고기먹고 속이 안좋으면 콜라는 잔뜩 먹으라는 뜻은 아닐 듯 싶습니다. -.- 그리고 어떤 경우에는 WD-40 대신에 콜라를 쓸 수 있는 줄도 몰랐군요 ,,, --------- This is really an eye opener... Water or Coke? We all know that water is important but I've never seen it written down like this before. WATER 1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. 2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger. 3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%. 4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study. 5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue. 6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers. 7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page. 8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer. And now for the properties of COKE: 1. In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two gallons of coke in the truck to remove blood from the highway after a car accident. 2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in two days. 3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola in! to the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous China. 4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola. 5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals:Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion. 6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes. 7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy. 8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. 9. It will also clean road haze from your windshield. For Your Info: 1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about 4 days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase in osteoporosis. 2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) the commercial truck must use the Hazardous material place cards reserved for Highly corrosive materials. 3. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years! Now the question is, would you like a coke or a glass of water? 물은 7번 속성땜에 마니 마셔야 겠다는 생각이 퍼뜩 들구요, 전 콜라가 그렇게 좋은줄 몰랐는데요...생활에 유용하게 써야지..^_______,^ 좋은 정보 감사합니다. <덧글> "고기먹고 속이 안좋으면 콜라는 잔뜩 먹으라는 뜻은 아닐 듯 싶습니다. -.-" --> 고기 먹고 속이 안좋으면 콜라를 잔뜩 마셨을때 고기가 사라진다..고로,소화에 도움이 된다...?!! 로 궤변적인 해석이 가능하지 않을까요...^__________,^ |

제가 고기를 먹으면 소화시키기가 참 힘든 사람이라 (물론 고기를 좋아하는데도 말이죠), 생각난김에 또 구글을 뒤졌습니다. ^^;,,,(제 체질을 기준으로...) 전 A형이구요.A형은 위산분비가 부족하다더군요. 그래서 위산분비를 촉진하는 커피나, 콜라에 들어있는 카페인이 도움이 된데요. 더 깊에 분석한 내용을 보면 음식의 음양조합으로 인해 콜라는 지방인 음을 제어하는 양의 기운이 높아 어쩌구 저쩌구 하던데.. (참고로 물은 음이고, 설탕은 양 이라고 써있더군요..ㅡ.ㅡ,,) 그래서 기름기 있는 고기를 먹고난 후 콜라는 소화에 도움을 주는게 맞는거 같으네요. 별바람님 권고대로 "잔뜩"은 말구요.. 대신 위기능이 약하신분들은 콜라의 기능이 너무 강해 내장을 해칠수도 있다는군요. 체질에 맞게 적당히 드시는건 괜찮을듯 하네요..^^ |

| 식초에 담가놓으면 어떨까요? 고기가 녹아없어진다고 해서 그게 인체에 유해하다는 말은 성립되지 않는다고 봅니다. 고기를 녹이는 위산은 우리 몸에서도 만들어지잖습니까? | |
